BCAA 211 Tab
Description
BCAA 211 Tab
These amino acids are essential for building and maintaining muscle mass. BCAAs make up one-third of muscle proteins and consist of three essential amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are important because our bodies cannot produce them; therefore, they must be consumed through food or as supplements. Of these three amino acids, leucine has the greatest physiological benefit for protein synthesis, while isoleucine promotes cellular glucose uptake. Valine is primarily used for muscle recovery, tissue repair, and nitrogen balance. This is a very interesting product for all athletes because BCAAs pass through the liver and enter the bloodstream for immediate absorption by the muscles. BCAA intake can also lower lactate levels after intense exercise, reduce muscle fatigue, and regulate the absorption of other amino acids. They also help the body accumulate protein; a deficiency in any of these amino acids leads to muscle wasting.
